1.  Signing into the application

     Simply enter the email address that you registered with.

     Then enter your chosen password.

     Then click ‘Sign in’.

2.  Device Friendly

Our applications have been designed to work with most Internet browsers as well as smartphones and tablets (iOS & Android based devices only). Simply access the application on the device of your choice and our apps will respond and resize dynamically to fit your device.

3.  Internet Explorer Support

Our applications work with all officially supported versions of Internet Explorer. Legacy versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.

4.  Forgotten your password? Or wish to change your password?

Click ‘Forget Password’ near the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions given. You will receive an email with a link in it. You should click the link and follow the instructions that appear, to set a new password.

After setting the new password, you will be able to use it to log into the application again.

5.  Account Locked?

Your account will be locked if you fail to give the right password after three attempts.

To unlock your account, click ‘Account Locked’ near the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions given. You will receive an email with a link in it. You should click the link and follow the instructions that appear to unlock your account.

6.  Terms of Use

Clicking this link will display the Terms & Conditions for use of the application. You are asked to accept these terms when you log into the application.
